Jack Allen

Jack Allen

Most Worshipful Brother Allen is a Past Grand Master MWB of the Grand Lodge of Ohio Free and Accepted Masons, serving in 2000.

He served as District Deputy Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Ohio from 1986 to 1988. He also served as Chairman of Public Relations of the Grand Lodge of Ohio in 1978 and numerous years thereafter. He was appointed Junior Grand Deacon in August 1994; subsequently appointed Senior Grand Deacon, Grand Marshal and Grand Orator. He then was elected Junior Grand Warden, Senior Grand Warden and Deputy Grand Master, before becoming Grand Master in 2000.

He was raised a Master Mason Mar. 15, 1959 in East Gate Lodge No. 603, and served as Worshipful Master in 1967. He served six years as trustee, two years as treasurer and has been secretary of the Lodge for the past 18 years.

He is secretary of Ohio Chapter No. 12, R. A. M.; a member of London Council No. 41, R. & S.M., Mt. Vernon Commandery No.1; Knight Commander of the Temple, General Grand Commandery; Valley of Columbus, A. A. S. R.; Aladdin Shrine, past masters unit; Past Sovereign Master, George R. Fitez Council No. 229, Allied Masonic Degrees; Achbar Grotto and Beacon Chapter No. 467, O. E. S. Honors include Honorary Legion of Honor of DeMolay; Meritorious Service Medal, Aladdin Shrine; Prophet at Sight, Supreme Council of Grottoes of North American, and Honorary 33°, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, NMJ.

A resident of Columbus, Ohio, MWB Allen attended The Ohio State University and Otterbein College, and is a veteran of the U. S. Navy. He is retired from The Dispatch Printing Company and the U. S. Government. He has four children with his wife Yvonne Mae.

Duane Kemerley

Duane Kemerley

Duane has been a Pastor in the United Methodist Church since 1980.  His current appointment is at Pandora, Ohio.  He is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator Qualified Practitioner, a National Church Developer Consultant/Coach, and has achieved a Masters Level in Neuro-Linguistic Programming / Neuro Semantics.  He attended Methodist Theological School in Ohio as well as Bowling Green State University.

Duane is a Knight of the York Cross of Honor in York Rite of Freemasonry and a 33rd Degree Mason in the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry.  Duane serves as the Director of Education & Training and Governor of the 5th District for Ohio DeMolay and is an Active Member of International Supreme Council, Order of DeMolay.

Mike lives in Worthington Ohio with his wife Luanne (who has put up with him 37 years). He serves as the Leadership Development Coordinator for Shriners International and a Leadership Instructor for www.freemasonuniversity.com.

Mike is a founding partner of both the John Maxwell Team, an international group of trainers, speakers and coaches, and The Deeper Path Team, an international coaching group founded by Kary Oberbrunner who help people find and pursue their life’s passions.

When Mike was growing up he wanted to be an artist for Mad Magazine but found he pretty much sucked at art but the humor stuck. Now he loves to use humor to challenge people to step off their well-worn path, use their imagination to “Think Outside the Blah,” and leave a trail of inspirational leadership.

Greg Smith

Greg Smith

Greg Smith is a leadership and communication specialist with a passion for entrepreneurship and building great organizations through strengths.

Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, Greg is a natural entrepreneur raised in family-owned construction and manufacturing companies. He has experience with organized labor and both volunteer and for profit staffs. Currently, Greg serves as the Chairman of Compco Industries (steel fabrication), the President of Captured Moments Art, Inc. (photo-realism art and photography), and an Accredited Business Partner with The Strengths Partnership.

Greg embraces and studies leadership and communication theory. He has been accredited in several systems, including a Founding Member of John C. Maxwell’s Team as a Certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach, as well as, an Associate Leadership Trainer for Equip. He also has certifications from Tony Robbins in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Ken Blanchard in Situational Leadership®II, Gallup Organization Strengths 34 Performance Coach, and a Strengths Partnership Individual, 360, and Team Performance Coach.

Currently, Greg is working towards is Doctorate at Regent University in Strategic Leadership. He has an MBA in Executive Leadership from University of Nebraska-Lincoln/Gallup University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

His hobbies and community involvement include being a member of the board of directors for the Bruce Lee Foundation. He travels to Guatemala City twice a year to teach leadership theory as an Associate Trainer for John Maxwell’s Equip. He is a member of Toastmaster’s 408 in Boardman, Ohio. He is also certified Jeet Kune Do instructor under the late Sifu Ted Wong, and a Sixth Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Martial Arts under Master David Buker.

Greg resides in Poland, Ohio, with his wife and four children.
